Hillary DodgeEvans, PhD, NCC, LCAS, CCS-I, LCMHCS, CCTP, received her B.A. in Psychology from East Carolina University, her M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, her M.A. in Communication with an emphasis on Public Health from East Carolina University, and her PhD in Rehabilitation Counseling and Administration – Clinical Counseling track – from East Carolina University.

Dr. DodgeEvans has 15 years of experience providing mental health and social services to the residents of eastern North Carolina. Additionally, she worked as a research assistant on projects focused on rural and underserved populations while pursuing her PhD. Dr. DodgeEvans’ hobbies include making stained glass art, playing guitar, and traveling.
